About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operator, a mechanically minded operator who has worked in a quarry or similar environment before. You hold safety as a core value and appreciate the need for keeping the workplace safe.
You will conduct daily prestart inspections on various HME plant and equipment, identify problems and machine faults - ensuring these are reported and rectified to assist the site in maintaining a consistent and safe operation at all times.
Note: Standard hours are 6:45am to 4:00pm M-F. No weekend work usually. Overtime available.
About you:
* Experience with Front end loader operations.
* Dump truck operation experience.
* Watercart operation experience.
* Complex crushing and blending plant operation and basic maintenance experience.
* Familiar with quarry products and QA manufacturing / stockpiling processes.
* Quarry plant maintenance experience.
* Must be flexible and willing to work across all facets of quarry activities.
* Must be prepared to work overtime.
