About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Provide excellent customer service by managing parts inquiries, requests, and quotes.
* Handle phone services and ensure a professional customer experience.
* Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory.
* Address customer escalations and maintain order records.
* Meet KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Energetic Team player.
* Passionate about customers and service.
* Experienced in customer service, with strong relationship-building skills is highly desirable.
* A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Reliable, punctual, and a confident communicator.
