Product Manager - Payments

About the Role
The Product Manager - Payments will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless, secure, and efficient payment experience for our customers while optimizing payment processes to improve profitability.
This includes:
1. Optimize the digital payment experience: Drive continuous improvement in the customer payment journey, focusing on seamlessness, ease of use, and availability of preferred payment options.
2. Maximize payment conversion rates: Increase the percentage of successful transactions by identifying and addressing barriers in the payment flow, optimizing payment gateway performance, and expanding available payment methods.
3. Minimize payment-related losses: Reduce fraud, chargebacks, and other financial losses associated with payments by implementing robust fraud prevention strategies, optimizing authorization processes, and collaborating with the financial services team on risk management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the payments growth strategy, prioritize features, and drive key initiatives from discovery to delivery.
About You
You are a customer-focused and data-driven Product Manager with experience in digital payments and e-commerce. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
About your skills
1. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments or e-commerce.
2. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital payment products or features.
3. Deep understanding of payment processing, including payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and payment security.
