- Lead the IT department in aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
- Assist with the consolidation of over 50 IT systems onto a unified platform, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes, procedures, and governance frameworks to support IT operations and compliance.
- Manage and support users across the organization, providing technical assistance and training as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements and innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that support business growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven IT Management experience
- Prior experience within the Construction industry would be highly regarded.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Ability to manage a changing environment and work with ambiguity.
- Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
