Business Development Leader
The role of Business Development Leader is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.
This position requires a leader who will play a key role in expanding Jaybro's presence across Australia & New Zealand by leveraging their expertise to drive sales growth, develop effective strategies, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand the company's presence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels - site, procurement, and head office.
* Develop and execute sales plans aligned to regional and state growth goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service levels and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
* Preferred experience in selling to the construction industry.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results.
* Good commercial awareness and a passion for driving success.
Qualifications:
