Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the Graduate Engineer Rotation Program to gain broad experience and understanding across different engineering and business functions.
* Support both operational and capital planning, contributing to effective and commercially viable engineering solutions.
* Assist in the development of strategies for managing civil assets within our Regional business unit.
* Build strong relationships and represent the organisation professionally by applying high-level communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and disciplines, contributing to initiatives that directly impact communities and industries throughout Queensland.
Requirements
* Completed or on track to complete a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree.
* Proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in infrastructure and transport.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Confident in analysing data, solving problems, and making informed decisions.
