We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Professional to join our dinner team, with a primary focus on à la carte service in a dynamic hotel kitchen.

This role involves running the grill and pans section during dinner service, producing high-quality plated dishes with consistency and flair. You will also assist in banquets and breakfast operations when needed, helping across buffet, prep, and live stations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and minimum 2–3 years' experience in a hotel or high-end à la carte restaurant. Proven skills on the grill and pans, with excellent knowledge of steak preparation are essential.
