About the Role
This role is critical to the success of our new hotel, which features 197 rooms, a restaurant, meeting rooms, and a gymnasium. You'll assist the Housekeeping Manager with supervision duties and cover their days off, gaining valuable experience and opportunities to upskill.
About You
You'll be a friendly and enthusiastic individual with excellent grooming and presentation, who can build positive relationships with guests and hotel teams.
To succeed, you'll need:
* Proven leadership skills with a consistent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and inter-departmental relationships.
* Demonstrated time management and record-keeping abilities.
* A hands-on approach to maintaining standards and ensuring workplace safety.
* Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star Housekeeping Department and outsourcing.
