Overview
At APIX Law Group we provide a broad range of legal services. This role in particular would be for someone who is looking to work in Personal Injury, Family Law, and/or Litigation.
You would be working closely with senior and junior solicitors on a broad range of matters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents (for example Claim forms, Claim/Statement of Claim, Binding Financial Agreements etc)
- Draft and edit legal correspondence
- Compiling document briefs (and assisting in briefing Barristers)
- Attendance at conferences and mediations
Experience and qualifications
- Ideally experience in a law firm or similar role
- Strong drafting skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
- Positive/enthusiastic approach
