Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in providing Allied Health support to NDIS participants across Australia. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation and be certified with Speech Pathology Australia.
The successful applicant will work closely with a team of professionals, delivering much-needed speech pathology services to individuals within schools, homes, and the local community. They will also be responsible for managing an allocated caseload, completing therapeutic services in a timely manner, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
* Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services to NDIS participants
* Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
To be considered suitable, applicants must possess:
* Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proactive attitude and motivation by improvement
