Registered Nurse - Dubbo Aged Care Home
BaptistCare NSW/ACT is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kintyre Lodge Aged Care Home in Dubbo.
About the Role
The successful candidate will enable individuals to live well by applying loving care in all that they do and inspiring their team to do the same. They will deliver best practice clinical care, understand the unique needs and preferences of each resident, and develop genuine connections with residents and their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality clinical care to residents
* Supervise and lead the care team
* Develop strong relationships with residents and their families
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Experience in a clinical leadership role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
