The Role
Our Broker Onboarding and Accreditations Team Leader is responsible for providing leadership and support to the Broker Onboarding & Accreditations teams ensuring new Brokers joining Connective are onboarded efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
* Allocating work ensuring all tasks and applications are being actioned and completed to agreed SLAs and Compliance requirements.
* Reviewing compliance decisions and applications for brokers wishing to join Connective.
* Ensuring internal database (Dynamics) is utilised effectively, updated correctly and champion the importance of Data Integrity.
* Providing support in the interpretation of legislative regulations, compliance requirements or Connective policies to the national sales team.
* Identifying opportunities to improve business efficiencies, expedite the application process and deliver a better customer experience.
About you
Your exceptional customer service skills, as well as your dynamic and enthusiastic approach will see you excel in this role. You are inquisitive, results focused with meticulous attention to detail and can manage a variety of competing tasks and your time accordingly.
You will also have:
* A minimum of two years' proven experience in leading and managing small teams.
* Demonstrated experience in customer support/processing and KPI focused role.
* Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Superannuation, or similar regulated environment.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / CRM and database systems.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
