You will be an early career, motivated HR professional looking to work with the best in the industry. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. **Your Responsibilities will include**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Support employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
- Administer HR programs, such as employee benefits, leave management, and employee recognition initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR administration or generalist HR roles, preferred by not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
