Return to Work Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to undertake initial needs assessments, psychological worksite assessments, vocational assessments, identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and strategies to overcome these, design, implement and review programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
Key responsibilities will include providing job seeking and advocating for clients towards successful employment outcomes.
Requirements
* Relevant degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or Social Work
* Eligibility to gain, or have current membership with ASORC (associate), RCAA or AHPRA
* Current Driver's Licence and Vehicle as travel is required within the role
* Passion for helping people to regain their health and to return to work
