Your day-to-day duties
Sales and Processing Transactions:
Handle customer sales in-store and over the phone.
Customer Service:
Discuss customers of our current promotions and offers.
Problem Solving:
Effectively understand customer needs and offer solutions via our products.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure all product displays are correctly displayed, your allocated isle is clean and the store is presentable.
Training & Development:
Complete your regular training modules to build your product and sales expertise.
Stable Roster:
Work on a stable 11-day fortnightly roster, with 1-day rostered weekend day each week.
