Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Urban Mobility Expert to join our team in the ANZ region. As a key member of our Transport business line, your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships, develop proposals, and deliver technical excellence and client satisfaction on projects.
Your role will involve leading and managing a team to meet client and project requirements, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget. You will identify and qualify new clients, develop pursuit plans, and manage bid activities to generate new work and maintain existing client relationships for profitable business.
You will provide expertise in traffic engineering, land use/transport integration, and approval processes. Additionally, you will advise clients on transport planning, infrastructure, and network design for various modes, and develop and implement project recommendations within budget and schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Lead and manage a team to deliver projects within time and budget
2. Identify and qualify new clients and develop pursuit plans
3. Manage bid activities and generate new work
4. Provide expertise in traffic engineering and land use/transport integration
5. Advise clients on transport planning and infrastructure design
6. Develop and implement project recommendations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar consultancy role
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Urban Planning, Transport Planning, Engineering, Business, Economics)
* Understanding of transport and urban planning, placemaking, and assessments
* Experience with public sector projects and team leadership
* Project management skills across full project cycles
* Success in proposal development and business pursuits
