Casual Sales Assistant Role
This is a casual position that involves supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to an inspiring in-store experience for the team, customers, and community members.
* Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
* Sort, price, and prepare donations for sale;
* Assist in developing and coordinating visual merchandising and store presentation;
* Provide exceptional customer service;
* Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure;
* Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures;
* Demonstrate core values in all work-related activities.
This role involves travel between stores within the Southern WA Area. We are seeking talented individuals with strong customer service skills, genuine passion, and the ability to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Sales: Operate Point of Sale devices, manage cash handling, and process transactions efficiently.
2. Donation Management: Sort, price, and prepare donations for sale, ensuring accurate labeling and presentation.
3. Visual Merchandising: Assist in developing and implementing visual displays, maintaining store appearance, and adhering to brand standards.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly.
5. Inventory Management: Display stock correctly in designated departments, following established policies and procedures.
6. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines, reporting incidents, and participating in training programs.
