About the Opportunity

We're seeking an Operations & Client Services Manager to become the operational anchor of a busy and successful Commercial Team. You'll work closely with the lead commercial specialist to deliver premium client service, coordinate high-quality campaigns, and ensure the business operates with clarity, pace and professionalism.

This role blends operations, executive support, client service and sales coordination, ideal for someone passionate about commercial property and exceptional service delivery.


What You'll Be Doing

Operational & Business Management

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure structure, efficiency and consistency

Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, submissions and client documentation

Maintain structure, priorities and momentum across the business

Manage Form 6s, contracts and compliance documentation

Review internal processes and identify opportunities to improve speed and accuracy

Oversee workflow across listings, leasing, contract administration and compliance

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders and external partners

Attend onboarding meetings, photo shoots and inspections to support campaign preparation

Deliver a premium seller and buyer journey from initial engagement through to settlement

Prepare polished submissions, proposals and marketing collateral

Coordinate marketing campaigns and track performance

Maintain CRM, pipelines and lead tracking with accuracy and insight

Business Development Support

Identify opportunities, insights and improvements to support growth

Recognise touchpoints to strengthen client relationships and re‑engage past leads

Support mapping of commercial opportunities and broader business strategy


About You

You are polished, proactive and thrive in environments where no two days look the same. You love being the person who keeps everything running seamlessly and take pride in delivering a high standard of work.

You will ideally bring:

Experience in commercial or residential real estate (operations, sales support, EA or client service)

Clear, confident and professional communication skills

High attention to detail and exceptional administrative ability

Experience with contracts, Form 6s or compliance (or fast learner)

Excellent organisation, prioritisation and a solutions‑focused mindset

A collaborative nature and pride in delivering quality results
