ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Working in a hybrid, office-based role, you will oversee a range of regional and national surveying projects, as a Senior Project Manager & Licensed Surveyor, you will act as point of contact for stakeholders and clients, ensuring the successful delivery of quality surveying services. You'll be involved from project tender to delivery, playing a crucial role and supporting the wider surveying team with your experience and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
* End to end project management
* Oversight of project budgets and timelines
* Representing the wider company in building client & industry-based relationships
* Coordination of surveying equipment and field staff
* Mentoring & Supervision of more junior team members
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this Senior Project Manager & Licensed Surveyor role, you should have:
* Licensed Surveyor status in Victoria or another state
* Experience working in a Manager or Project Manager capacity, including project tenders & budget management
* Strong knowledge of Victorian planning, surveying & construction regulations/processes
* A current driver's license and valid working rights in Australia
