HubSpot | Admin | Startup Environment
We're a growing education startup looking for a capable, reliable Operations & Growth Assistant to work directly with the founder.
This is not a generic admin role. It's a right-hand position for someone who enjoys systems, ownership, and helping a business scale.
What you'll be doing
* Managing HubSpot CRM (contacts, pipelines, tasks, automations)
* Admin support: inbox management, scheduling, follow-ups
* Supporting the customer journey (leads -> onboarding -> ongoing support)
* Assisting with marketing operations (campaigns, lists, reporting)
* Improving and documenting internal processes as we grow
What we're looking for
Essential
* Hands-on HubSpot experience (non-negotiable)
* Strong admin and organisational skills
* Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Extensive experience dealing with customers in a professional setting
* A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field
Ideal
* Experience in operations, customer success, or marketing support
* Enjoys building systems and improving processes
* Long-term mindset and wants to grow with a business
* Comfortable with travel across Australia as the business scales

* Part-time role initially
