You will become the senior resolver for your support team and able to troubleshoot and solve complex infrastructure issues.
You will help create and maintain documentation on the technologies you support and be the primary escalation point for junior staff.Key job responsibilities:Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAsDiagnose and repair issues for server, storage and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts.Remediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling events.Shift work (4 days on and 4 days off including night shifts on a rotational basis).
This position also has a physical component requiring the ability to lift & rack equipment using our lifting equipment.Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and their own vehicle to travel between sites.About The TeamAWS values diverse experiences.
