Key Account Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage local dealers or channel partners, ensuring product capability and high-quality customer service.
* Identify and engage major clients in the construction and industrial sectors, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Lead the full sales process, including customer engagement, technical discussions, quotation, contract negotiation, and delivery coordination.
* Monitor regional sales performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction equipment or relevant industries.
* Strong ability to develop and manage business relationships with dealers and key accounts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently across NSW, VIC, and QLD.
