Job Title: Asset Integration Lead
The role of Asset Integration Lead is pivotal in driving the technical and commercial development of new assets connecting to the Transgrid Network. You will oversee these developments across the asset lifecycle, from conceptualization through design, construction, and commissioning.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will create safe, efficient, and cost-effective network solutions. This involves working closely with organizations such as EnergyCo, VicGrid, and AEMO, as well as our Executive Managers, Lumea, Major Projects, Asset Managers, and Network Planning and Delivery teams.
You must have strong experience working with high-voltage substations and transmission lines, including risk management to support asset decisions and meet regulatory requirements.
Key skills include a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment, including ISO***** and ENSMS, and the ability to assess both technical and commercial options for new network developments.
Solid knowledge across substation, transmission line, and cable design areas, including planning, layout, insulation coordination, earthing, clearances, induction, ratings, and specialized equipment, are also essential.
