APG Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Orchard Manager or 2IC to oversee a large-scale citrus operation, with a strong focus on lemon production.
This role is based in Mangrove Mountain, NSW, and involves managing an established orchard of over 4,000 lemon trees. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the orchard, ensuring optimal tree health, productivity, and quality output.

About the Role:
* Oversee daily operations of a lemon orchard with 4,000+ trees
* Implement and monitor irrigation, pest control, pruning, and fertilisation schedules
* Manage seasonal workforce and harvesting schedules
* Monitor tree health and fruit quality
* Maintain machinery, tools, and farm infrastructure
* Report directly to property owners and liaise with produce buyers/suppliers
We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing or working on citrus orchards (lemons preferred)
* Strong knowledge of lemon tree cultivation, maintenance, and harvest
* Ability to manage a small team and work independently
* Problem-solver with solid organisational skills
* Driver’s licence required; machinery tickets a bonus
