The role involves managing effective planning, monitoring, and execution of testing activities within the agency.Test Engineers ensure their testing efforts are effectively executed and that activities are completed in a structured, consistent manner according to test guidelines. They leverage their technical knowledge to advise and develop less experienced testers, exercising independent judgment within defined parameters, and making decisions based on their skills and knowledge.Test Engineers plan their work and contribute to team goals amidst competing priorities and workplace changes.
