THE ROLE
We are seeking a Line Manager responsible for supporting and leading a department and team to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will ensure we serve Ireland's shoppers better every day.
You will be responsible for:
Creating an inspiring and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers Being responsible for the store when the Store Manager/Deputy are absent Ensuring team members are fully trained and validated Fostering two-way communication and a culture of trust Coaching colleagues to meet daily priorities and customer needs Reviewing reports and systems to implement improvements Driving a zero food waste culture, managing date codes, and preventing waste Recruiting passionate colleagues for the team Understanding and delivering cleaning standards Managing stock control, warehouse layout, and routines Root causing pricing errors, refunds, and label routines Managing front-end operations to minimize queues Recognizing excellent service and providing feedback You will need:
