Commercial Manager - Australia
The opportunity
With the growing importance of Beca Australia within the wider Beca group and our ongoing growth strategy, we are seeking to appoint a Commercial Manager based in our Sydney office.
This is a newly created position that will lead commercial advice during the bidding and pre-contract stages of major projects, covering both commercial finance and contracts. Partnering with Bid Directors and senior business leaders, you will ensure our projects are set up for commercial success, demonstrating expertise in price and margin modelling, communicating market insights, and implementing smart commercial and pricing strategies.
You are a CA or CPA with a solid commercial background, preferably in a consulting or project environment. Bringing a strong commercial perspective, you will add value through strategic thinking, analytical insights, and influencing business decisions. You are keen to work collaboratively, build relationships quickly, and be an advocate for innovation, exploring opportunities for added value and helping to embed new systems and processes.
