Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. This role involves providing expert technical assistance to our customers, ensuring that their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Assist with setup and maintenance of meeting rooms, AV equipment, and other IT infrastructure.
* Co-ordinate the procurement of IT equipment and maintain registers of allocated resources.
* Provide basic system administration for user creation and access requirements.
* Maintain IT assets and ensure hardware and software are up-to-date.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
* Driver's License.
* Familiarity with remote support tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
