Tecoma Early Learning Centre are seeking a fun & highly motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our incredible team on a Casual basis.

The opportunity
As a casual Educator with us, you will:
* Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all children in our care.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
* Develop and implement age‐appropriate learning programs that reflect the EYLF principles, practices, and learning outcomes.
* Plan and deliver experiences that support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
* Assist in incorporating cultural diversity and inclusivity in programming.
* Foster positive relationships with children, helping them develop self‐confidence and social skills.
* Engage and build partnerships with families, sharing insights about their child's progress and development.
* Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to support children's needs.
* Adhere to the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
* Maintain knowledge of child protection laws and report concerns as required.
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene policies, including food safety and infection control.
You
* Minimum Cert III in ECEC (or ACECQA equivalent).
* Proven experience with EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience with assisting to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
