Location: Court Services, Armidale
Employment Type: Ongoing full-time (35 hours per-week)
Salary: from $73,522 to $79,931pa.
What You’ll Do / Responsibilities
- As a Client Services Officer with Court Services, you will provide a range of clerical and administrative services including but not limited to, responding to customer enquiries, data entry and records management.
- Assist with the effective operation of Court rooms, perform complex administrative services to meet statutory obligations and deliver high quality professional services to clients.
- Work as a member of a team, liaise with a wide range of stakeholders to provide high level clerical and administrative support services.
- Your familiarity and confidence with core office software applications or other technology will see you succeed in this role.
- Support the effective operation of the court, this includes effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Anticipate the requirements of the judiciary and other persons in the courtroom and provide a timely and effective response.
- Support the implementation of improved work practices and be able to work across different court jurisdictions.
What We’re Looking For
- People with great time management, organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced high volume work environment.
- You are proficient with different technologies or have the ability to quickly learn and use technology.
- Capacity to work in an environment that may involve potential exposure to psychosocial hazards related to the range of services provided in a court environment.
- You will also have high ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Whilst this position is based in Armidale, you could be asked to travel to any of the Hub Court locations.
