We require the services of a Leasing Consultant to support the extremely busy Property Management team. Your daily duties and responsibilities would include
* Open for inspections
* Prospective tenant callbacks
* Leasing inquiry management
* Reference checking applicants
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
* Ad Hoc administrative duties
No experience is necessary for this role however a Certificate of Registration and your own car is ESSENTIAL. In addition, you will be well presented and spoken and have sound local knowledge.
