We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to support our team with daily administrative tasks.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality support to property managers, landlords, and tenants while maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient communication flows.
Responsibilities:
* Mainstream day-to-day administration with attention to detail
* Effectively manage communications, documentation, and maintenance requests
* Coordinate inspections and entry/exit reports accurately
* Maintain data entry and CRM records up-to-date
* Support trust account administration and invoicing processes
About You:
* Prior experience in property management or real estate is highly desirable
* A highly organized individual with excellent time management skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Requirements:
* Certificate of Registration (QLD) preferred
* Able to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
