The Role
This full-time position provides end-to-end support across accounts payable and receivable for the Campbellfield site.
You'll process high-volume supplier invoices, manage the AP inbox, and assist with vendor payments.
On the AR side, you'll reconcile ledgers, monitor aged debt, and support branches with allocations.
Additional responsibilities include processing employee expenses, maintaining accurate financial records, and liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve queries promptly.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a disciplined approach to meeting deadlines, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Key Requirements
3+ years' experience in accounts payable (high-volume environment)
Exposure to accounts receivable processes and reconciliations
Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables)
ERP experience (Pronto highly regarded)
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across branches and vendors
Reliable, process-driven, and committed to meeting deadlines
