About The Role
This position is based in our Maroochydore Office on the Sunshine Coast. Our team delivers the NDIS Local Area Coordinator Program for the Sunshine Coast area. Our Support Officers are an essential part of our everyday operations, and your passion, motivation and customer service expertise are paramount to the success of the team and our work supporting the community This position will provide administrative support to all levels of the NDIS Local Area Coordinator Program team. This includes welcoming, providing information to participants, families, and carers, as their first point of contact with the organisation.
Our future Superstar will have extremely high attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing competing priorities, experience in engaging with the community, great sense of humour and strong IT skills.
Key Duties
* Maintaining appropriate administrative records utilising our databases.
* Using the NDIA Business System to record appointments, notes, and actions to ensure the development and maintenance of accurate data.
* Scheduling participant contact and meetings.
* Provide a professional and welcoming customer service experience to all participants, carers, families and visitors who attend at site.
* Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, materials and equipment as required.
* Organise venues and catering for meetings, training sessions & events as required.
* Providing general information in response to participant enquiries and refer to appropriate internal stakeholders when required.
