The role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead retail performance across the region, ensuring sales, service, and operational goals are consistently achieved across all showroom locations.
- Support the execution of Cullen's global retail strategy within the region, tailoring approaches where appropriate to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitor regional sales trends, client feedback, competitor activity, and operational insights to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
- Establish accountability across showroom leadership teams through regular performance reviews, coaching, and KPI management.
- Ensure showroom teams consistently deliver high-quality consultations, strong conversion outcomes, and elevated aftersales experiences.
- Support current showroom openings and regional expansion initiatives, ensuring teams, processes, and client experiences are successfully embedded from launch.
- Lead, coach, and support Showroom Managers and regional retail leaders to strengthen leadership capability, accountability, and team performance.
