Responsibilities
* Leading installation and maintenance activities onsite with customers
* Troubleshooting issues and ensuring safe, compliant installations and startups
* Providing technical direction to internal teams and skilled labour to ensure safety, compliance, and quality
* Overseeing overhaul, troubleshooting, and commissioning of rotating equipment and products at customer sites
* Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, and briefing reports for customers and internal teams
* Ensuring internal training, compliance, and quality documentation are updated and completed per company standards
* Managing company digital tools for technical documents, packing lists, bills of material, and drawings
Qualifications
* 0 to 2 years of experience in energy, oil and gas, or similar environment
* Electrical Technical degree, Engineering degree, or Certificate IV with suitable experience
* Australian Electrical License
* Basic knowledge of installation and maintenance of rotating equipment
* Strong customer service orientation and ability to guide customers through decisions
* Skilled at communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences
* Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
* Current passport and readiness to travel up to 70%, including offshore facilities
