About the Role
TCASS is seeking a reliable and compassionate full-time Support Worker to provide in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants. This is an ongoing position essential to delivering high-quality disability support services and meeting client care requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and daily living support to NDIS participants
* Assist with community access, social activities, and appointments
* Support participants to develop independence, confidence, and life skills
* Implement individual support plans and follow organizational policies
* Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year full-time (or equivalent part-time) relevant work experience as a Support Worker or in a closely related role
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Valid Australian driver's license and access to reliable transport
* Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends if required
