Job Title:
A systems engineer role is an entry-level position that serves as the primary point of contact for clients seeking technical support and guidance. This individual will provide assistance via phone, email, or in-person, managing and resolving complex technical issues as needed.
About the Position:
* Provide level 2 technical support to internal stakeholders and external customers
* Ticket Management: Manage and escalate tickets as necessary, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Provide remote and onsite support for various technical issues
* System Administration: Administer Viatek's real-time Ticket system and monitoring solution
Requirements:
* Strong technical ability and knowledge of network services, cloud services, server technologies, O365, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work within a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
