Technical Sales Engineer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targeted sales volume and gross margin.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve nominated targets
2. Manage all elements of SFDC, legal review, and bid management during the sales process
3. Represent the company by observing the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and demeanor
4. 100% compliance with the Johnson Controls Ethics and Safety Policies
Requirements:
* Industrial Refrigeration experience with products, design, and solution sales
* Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related area desirable but not essential
* 3+ years appropriate sales experience
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinker, demonstrated accountability
* Excellent negotiating skills, able to achieve win-win solutions
* Motivated team player who can develop internal and external relationships
* Excellent influencer at all organisational levels, including the ability to develop credibility and trust quickly with senior managers/decision makers
* Excellent networking skills
* Business-minded, change-orientated, and proactive
* Consultative approach and customer solution-focused
