The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
* Lead and facilitate workshops to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, process models, and design artefacts
* Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively
* Support ERP system integration, data migration, and configuration activities
* Develop and maintain documentation including workflows, system design documents, test cases, and implementation guides
* Ensure solutions align with compliance, assurance, and performance standards
The Ideal Person
You are a highly skilled Business Analyst with proven experience across ERP/finance systems, particularly PeopleSoft, Aurion, and TechnologyOne. You thrive in structured and Agile environments and are adept at bridging business and technology teams to deliver robust solutions.
You will bring:
* Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large, complex ICT programs
* Strong background in ERP/finance system analysis, integration, and data migration
* Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, Aurion, or TechnologyOne implementations
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trusted stakeholder relationships
* Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams
* Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or DevOps
* Excellent documentation skills, including requirements, workflows, and data models
Bonus if you have
* Prior experience in ERP implementation or modernisation projects within government
* BABOK/IIBA certification or similar industry qualifications
* Experience working in secure government environments
Please note this opportunity is only open to Australian Citizen's with minimum Baseline Clearance as per the requirement of the Federal Government.
Salary / Rate
* $135/hr - $150/hr including 12% Superannuation
