We are is seeking an experienced, skilled, passionate and customer service focused ICT Support Technician to work in a full time, permanent position, 38 hours per week to deliver Great Service, Always! This role is based at our Flagship location, 250 Parramatta Road, Auburn NSW. About the Role: You will lead our in-store technical team - providing hands-on technical support, repairs, and troubleshooting services for a range of computer systems, hardware, and software in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities: · Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults for desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripheral devices · Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and network components · Assist customers with technical inquiries both in-person and via phone/email · Conduct data recovery, virus removal, and system upgrades · Maintain accurate service records and documentation · Liaise with suppliers and vendors for parts and warranty claims · Ensure all work complies with company and industry standards To be successful you must: · A relevant diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology or a related field · 2 years of relevant, hands-on experience in ICT support or computer repair · Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills across a range of operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.) · Experience with hardware replacement, system builds, and software installation · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Ability to work independently and in a team in a customer-facing environment · Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business · A high level of Technology and Entertainment product knowledge to support customer queries · Technical knowledge of related peripherals such as digital cameras, printers, networking and Software programs · Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving · Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades What we offer: · Annual Salary - $70,000 to $78,000 superannuation · Generous staff discounts · Harvey Norman is a strong advocate of career progression with a wide support network for professional development · An environment where good performance is recognised and rewarded · A flexible and positive work environment If this role exhilarates your passion for a new opportunity then please submit your application for consideration.
