Are you a logistics-savvy leader who loves dealing with people?
We are a local leader in food packaging, cleaning and printing supplies, and we're looking for a motivated 2IC to help drive our Australind operations. This isn't a "desk-only" job—you'll be the engine room of our daily workflow, moving between the warehouse, the storefront, and the local business community.
The Role:
* Lead the Floor: Control daily order dispatches and manage junior staff.
* Logistics: Assist drivers with delivery routes and help pick/pack orders.
* Customer Facing: Serve in-store retail customers and visit local businesses to manage their wholesale needs.
* Inventory: Manage stock levels and order supplies to keep us running smoothly.
What You Bring:
* Experience: At least 12 months in a warehouse, wholesale, or retail leadership role.
* Skills: Current Forklift License and the ability to lift up to 20kg.
* Drive: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to chat confidently with local business owners.
* Reliability: Looking for a long-term full-time career move starting January 2026.
