About the Role

The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience using accounting software like Xero.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Able to multitask and anticipate needs.
This role involves:
* Maintaining and updating systems, documentation and filing processes.
* Managing team calendars and scheduling meetings.
* Performing data entry, invoicing and accounts payable.
* Responding to product enquiries with knowledge of organic farming.
