Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Goulburn, NSW
Experience: Flooring and Sales experience preferred
As a Sales Assistant at Goulburn Carpet Court, you'll be at the forefront of our showroom, assisting clients with their flooring needs and providing exceptional customer service. From guiding customers through product selections to booking measures and installs, your role will be diverse and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opening and closing the showroom
* Maintain showroom displays and product samples
* Providing excellent customer service
* Assisting clients with product and colour choices
* Booking measures and installs
* Preparing quotes and emailing customers
* Processing payments and ordering products
* General adhoc administrative duties
This position starts as casual with options to discuss/negotiate hours for the right applicants. Days and times will be discussed during the interview stages, with additional Saturday work available at a later date.
