Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly reputable Commercial Builder who have been in operation for over 10 years. They specialise in building Education, Industrial, Retail & Childcare up to $40M.
Due to recent project wins they are looking to hire a Site Manager to join the team to work on up-and-coming commercial new-build projects.
Your New Role
* Coordinating and supervising trades, running toolbox meetings, inductions etc.
* Managing all site documentation to ensure up to date administration.
* Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in line with program.
* Support Site Managers and other team members.
* Ensuring all safety parameters are adhered to.
What you need to succeed
* 2+ years working in a Site Manager role for a Commercial builder.
* Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.
* Ideally with experience in delivering Retail/Commercial industrial where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.
* Ideally have worked on structures, finishes and services trades.
* Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.
* A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
* Qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.
