The Role
* Provide transactional accounting support during the transition to Microsoft Dynamics
* Manage high-volume payment allocations and reconcile remittances
* Maintain and update Excel tracking sheets using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
* Assist with accruals, journal adjustments, and reporting during month-end close
* Support the finance team during peak periods to ensure continuity of operations
* Help maintain accurate reporting and data integrity throughout the system rollout
Your Skills & Experience
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transactional volumes under pressure.
* Sound understanding of the month-end process and areas where errors commonly occur.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and large dataset handling.
* Experience with Dynamics (or similar ERP system) highly desirable but not essential.
* Accounting qualification not required - focus is on experience, accuracy, and attention to detail.
