Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing guest check-ins and outs, accurately managing accounts using our park booking system, and coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation.
* Provide High-Standard Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional guest experience through proactive communication and prompt issue resolution.
* Process Guest Check-Ins and Outs: Efficiently manage the registration process, ensuring accurate information collection and account management.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping: Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure timely readiness of accommodations, guaranteeing a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Relations: Supply guests with information regarding property facilities and local attractions, fostering a positive atmosphere and enhancing their stay.
* Office Administration: Maintain day-to-day office tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative duties.
* Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests, promoting a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous Hospitality Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
* Proficient Computer Skills: Familiarity with RMS or comparable reservation systems, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
* Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role, including cash transactions and administrative tasks.
* Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
