Why this Opportunity Above Award Salaries: New Graduates offered $85,000 Super and experienced OTs offered up to $120,000 Super Impact variety: Neurodivergent and diverse paediatric caseloads across clinic, school and community settings. Support that frees you up: Dedicated admin support (diary invoicing) so you can focus on therapy. Growth you can see: Structured onboarding, shadowing, regular in-house training, annual CPD allowance and 3 PD days. The Role Deliver family-centred, goal-focused therapy in clinic and the community Manage a mixed NDIS & private caseload (site-dependent) with outcome tracking Collaborate closely with Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and other disciplines.
