This Bathurst-based accounting firm is seeking a motivated Client Manager / Senior Accountant to be the main point of contact for all clients. The Role
* Manage your own portfolio of clients across compliance and advisory
* Prepare tax returns and financial statements for companies, trusts, and partnerships
* Provide business advisory, tax planning, and structuring guidance
* Review work completed by junior staff and mentor team members, supporting their professional growth
* Be the main point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships
About You
* 4–5+ years' experience in an Australian accounting firm
* CA or CPA qualified, or working towards your qualification
* Passionate about helping local businesses succeed
* Professional, approachable, and able to build strong client relationships
