Warranty Administrator | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane
Working within and supporting the Service Department, the Warranty Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the warranty function of the dealership.

About the role:
Process warranty claims as per manufacturer guidelines and timelines
Effectively explain information in relation to services carried out
Preparation of weekly and monthly analysis reports advising potential issues
Conduct warranty compliance audits as well as ad hoc reports
Monitor expenditure in relation to warranty and goodwill claims
Ensuring a high level of warranty operations and compliance
Liaising with Mercedes-Benz Australia regarding payment, claims and recoveries
About you:
Strong organisational skills / follow processes and procedures
Competency with IT systems
Excellent attention to detail / meticulous
Calm and efficient / maintain high work standards and accuracy
Strong relationship-building ability
Excellent customer service standards
Experience or knowledge of warranty and recall processes
2+ years Mercedes-Benz experience or similar desirable (but not essential)
